Position Summary:
NACI Holdings Inc., a leader in industrial cleaning techniques and services, is seeking General Laborers to join our growing team. New Age Cryo specializes in environmentally friendly and cost-effective cleaning of ethanol plants using dry ice blasting, sponge blasting, hydro blasting, and vacuum truck services.
Team members will travel to industrial facilities across the country and assist in performing specialized cleaning services in plant environments. This role involves hands-on labor, adherence to strict safety standards, and working closely with a team to complete projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial cleaning services using dry ice blasting, sponge blasting, hydro blasting, and vacuum equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and job-site safety protocols.
- Travel overnight with crew members to customer locations via company van or truck.
- Work effectively in industrial plant environments.
- Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup.
- Perform physically demanding labor including lifting equipment and materials.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Qualifications:
- Some experience as a general laborer preferred.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to climb stairs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working long hours in hands-on environments.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to travel overnight for extended periods.
Training:
- OSHA Safety Training will be provided.
